이용약관 (Terms of Service)

제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 “The JDD Blog” (https://jddaddy.com)에서 제공하는 모든 웹사이트 서비스 및 관련 기능의 이용조건과 절차, 그리고 블로그 운영자와 이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 명확히 규정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다. 이를 통해 이용자 여러분께서 보다 안전하고 편리하게 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 합니다.

제2조 (정의)

제4조 (저작권 및 지적재산권)
블로그에 게시된 모든 콘텐츠의 저작권은 블로그 운영자에게 있습니다. 이용자가 작성한 댓글 등의 저작권은 해당 이용자에게 귀속되며, 블로그 운영자는 이를 운영 및 홍보 목적으로 활용할 수 있습니다.

제5조 (책임의 한계)
운영자는 블로그 내 정보의 정확성이나 완전성에 대해 보증하지 않으며, 이용자는 스스로의 판단과 책임 하에 블로그를 이용해야 합니다. 블로그 이용과 관련된 손해에 대해 운영자는 법적 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제6조 (약관의 변경)
운영자는 필요 시 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 블로그 내 공지함으로써 효력을 발휘합니다. 이용자는 변경된 약관을 확인할 의무가 있습니다.

제7조 (분쟁 해결)

본 약관은 2025년 6월 4일부터 시행됩니다.

Addendum
These terms take effect from June 4, 2025.
